Aiming to bring back the old days, I mean body!!!
Health is wealth. Exercise is really needed for our body to make us fit.
As of now, I am 65 kls. Imagine how fatty piggy I am. Yeah! I am piggy and sometimes, I'm a bit disappointed because of my body figure because I gain so much weight. You can see the pictures how big the difference is. Yes, too much weight for now. And again I am aiming to bring back the old body. Not looks like totally in my old pics. I just want to have a 50 or 55 kls. But how? How can I do that if I keep eating? I can't resist eating.
I tried many times, I tried to go on diet but my diet only lasts for one day, yes it only lasts for one day because I can't control my mouth. Maybe this is only about discipline to myself. I need to discipline myself in order for me to reach my goal. I am not dreaming to have a sexy body. I just want to control my weight as I am getting old and I know this is not good for my health. I'm getting lazy because I don't move as always because I felt heavy carrying my body.
This is when I was in college, I already have 1 child in my old pic. but still, I am slim because I controlled myself. I ate nutritious foods and I balance the foods I took but now, I'm getting lazy, I keep on eating whatever I saw and whatever I liked. I am not disappointed with what my body now, I just want to make it sure that I am fit and healthy. I don't like to be obese.
Remember, not all slim is healthy. All I want is made my body fit so that I don't feel lazy moving. As of now, I am super duper lazy doing exercise, like walking, jogging or even going upstairs, I felt like it was the end of my life, I can't breathe anymore. I am lack of oxygen in my body because of this. I promise to do a balance. Maybe I will set aside. Also, I gain so much weight because of the nature of work that I have now. I promise to be wise and bring back the old body. Hopefully I can it.
