Sausage sandwiches👩🏻🍳
Ingredients:
Pour into a large bowl
300gr of flour
5gr of dry beer yeast.
Mix
70gr of water
70g milk
40g sugar
One medium whole egg
8gr of fine salt.
Preparation:
Mix everything well in a ball and then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Add 40 g of soft butter in small pieces, mix everything well in a ball and then cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Let it rest for about 2 hours.
Take the dough and divide it into 10 equal parts. Form into balls, cover and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
Spread the balls with your hands with the help of a little flour, stretch (see photo) roll the dough into cords to roll over the sausage, or if you prefer slices of rolled cooked ham, or another. Pass the beaten egg and then the fine breadcrumbs where I have added the sesame seeds. (for those who wish, they can only pass in the egg and cover with sesame seeds) place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Let stand covered for about 40 minutes. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes, adjust with your oven.
Do not exceed 25 minutes should remain smooth. Remove from the oven and serve hot with the sauces.
It looks delicious...
Suddenly I feel very hungry...^^
