Lets Make Insomnia Attack With Sense to Write A Steemit Post
One of my problem is that when insomnia attacks me. I hate it when I cant sleep. There are times that the sun rise already but I still cant sleep.
So what did I do is that because of I cannot sleep. I decided to write a post to make my insomnia attack with sense.
I aim to sleep early so that I can wake up early tp start my early routine call review duty. But seems its impossible for me to wake ul early already then I decided to do a call review now.
Its already 2 am and I went to bed 10pm but couldnt sleep. I have so many things that I have in my mind like steemit plans and future plans.
Im trying to take a glass of milk as a remedy for insomnia and I hope it works now so that I can go back to sleep.

Hmm, it can be frustrating to be trying hard to catch some sleep. What I think you can do right now is to try to stay away from any light reflection. Enjoy ur night
if I can't sleep I try to watch Tv that is when I get sleepy I put it on sleep mode for 1 hr
