The Profiterole.
I use, from time to time, to eat at fast food restaurants.
This time it was a hamburger as the main course.
It was ok, but not more than that.
I knew this only after getting and eating their profiterole.
It was excellent, really great.
The filing was a vanilla ice cream ball and on top of it tahini
mixed with date-honey.
I promised them (and myself) to come again.
