Cutlet in Kiev
Cutlet in Kiev is a cutlet representing a chicken fillet in which wrapped a piece of butter (in the oil can be added grated cheese, dill, mushrooms). It is baked on the sunflower oil most often in deep fryers. It is planned twice for bread crumbs.
