San Diego is a beautiful Southern California city with beaches, an amazing climate and an engaged populace.

If you are a resident you can apply for my informal delegators group, which i need to formalize, and allocate a set amount of Sand Power to give out to 5 to 10 San Diego locals, and then I also want to give 10 to 100 SAND stake to locals as well, out of my own sand i will buy back from the market.
