Mexican Legislative Committes Mull Cannabis Legalization
The Meixican government has mulled legalizing cannabis, but this time, a committee has proposed a series of legislative actions.
Under the proposals, citizens 18 and over could use cannabis and grow up to 4 plants. Underserved communities would be able to participate in the industry as well.
This is an exciting step in ending the prohibition.
