Nigeria- My country
leadership is the ability a person to influence others when he is in the position of power.
Leaders are people who do the right thing at the right time for their followers.
Some people became leaders because it was bestowed upon them, some because there were forced, others for selfish reasons /interest ,others political reasons and fame.

I am sick at the type of leadership I have in my country. I have been unable to think of what to post since morning because the country is in a state of mess. The lives lost in the month of June in Nigeria calls for concern.
Why would a person call himself a leader if he cannot be strong and firm with decision making? What is the essence of leadership when the the problems that bedevils its society cannot be identified? What is the essence of leadership when there is no assurance of adequate security ?
Life is a precious gift by the maker, and no human being has the right to take it from another .
My heart goes out to all those that lost their lives in the month of June.
May their gentle soul rest in the blossom of the Almighty.
May thier soul rest in perfect peace

It's not easy to be ruled by good and honest leader, who value other people lifes.
What do you mean? In riots? Because of drugs? Or military?
In the month of June, hundreds of Nigerians have lost their lives due to communal clashes, terrorist invasion, and unprecedented blasts. I have lost count of the figures, the pictures are a gory sight to behold. My government is negligent and good at the blame game. But these are humans who left their homes and had no idea that their end was near.
If you have watched the movie "final destination", then you might have a glimpse of what I'm trying to describe.
