Sometimes it does a good job, such as with bananas... but Pugs are not the case.

One is beautiful and pure nature design at its maximum. A gem from evolution and survival. The another struggles for breathing.

After millions of years of evolution the wolves became incredible beautiful, a piece of art in motion.
Just to be fucked up by humans in a few thousand/hundred years.

This is one of these moments when i say "damn... this went completely wrong".

Interventions on breeding by humans been happening since... well... even since before the recorded history.

You can see that on vegetables, fruits, medicine plants, mushrooms, bugs, ANYTHING that can breed. Still...
we fucked up so much with pugs!

I know, I Know...

...I know it's controversial, but honestly, I think pug are horrible!

And I allow you to disagree with me, but come on... don't you think they are pretty... not smart design?

Clearly if this animal would be exposed to the nature and primal survival, it wouldn't be killed at first chance because it would stay there staring, so predators would consider it the dessert for after a real meal.

I must apologize to those who love pugs. Sometimes I just like to say what I think without even caring about what other people may think. But honestly, as designer and after studying how evolution proceeds I think now and will probably think that humans (In a desperate call of attention or attempt to be different) many times fuck things up in a very dumb-ish way

But this actually gave me a good idea!

After watching that weird skull and shape of... thing (called pug), I think i will study it. And I think i have the answer of why people like it at most: dude, it looks like a crazy cartoon. I'll definitively make some drawing studies from that.
