Balaton Sunsets 2018 | Lake Balaton Hungary
I love sunsets
Especially when the golden glow appears in the sky and gives the most beautiful views you can imagine. When we were visiting Lake Balaton for the first time in July, I totally forget to try to capture a sunset at the lake. First of all, I would have probably not seen any beautiful sunsets anyway because of the weather. But second of all I just didn't remember on time.. So when we went back to lake Balaton, this time to a place called "Szabadifürdő", we made sure to catch the sunset.. The picture above is probably the best one I have, unfortunately, because the sky kept getting more beautiful.. This is due to the lack of a good camera.
I tried to capture the beauty
But I failed to get it on camera sharp, which I already thought back there while shooting them.. but I found out how unsharp they were when I opened them on the laptop at home. I feel a bit sad that I don't have at least one very good one, but that's life. I guess we need to go back there again someday, what a punishment haha.
I will still share the pictures with you
Because these two small holidays at the lake were something that we really needed, and even if I say it myself, really deserved too. We have been through a lot, and now my boyfriend almost finished his first year at the company here in Budapest, I thought he really deserved some time off. A long holiday or going to another country was not for us this year, that's probably happening next year.. so therefore I chose to find the beauty of Hungary nearby. And I am so glad we did.. our daughter had so much fun too, and we have some new memories that last forever! So I hope you don't mind showing these not that good pictures, but they're really part of my own memories that I don't want to forget!
A note to self
Whenever going to a beautiful spot like this, make sure you have the equipment to capture the beauty of nature. To avoid disappointment afterwards lol.

Too bad they are unsharp ... but still the beauty of it makes me a littlebit sad. Would love to go there one day :'(
Yeah too bad, I know.. but I watched it in person too, so I still remember how beautiful it looked.. I can imagine you want to go there.. I must say Balatonlelle was a very cosy place at the lake, but we didn't get to swim that time because of the strong wind, at the second visit we went to Szabadifurdo which was pretty boring compared to the first visit... but being at the lake was enough to enjoy ourselves anyway.. You can't get it all right every time lol, seemed like two different worlds ;)

Yeah I know, so nice.. I wish I could have captured the red part better.. but I think it still shows how beautiful it was..

Thanks, I am happy that I went for it to book anyway.. even though it was just 2 nights both of the times.. because my boyfriend had split up his holidays, but this way we could still be in a different environment and have a holiday feeling.. we sure had a lot of fun.. and the little girl too.. she loves swimming :)
