Golden turmetic cooked rice.

Ingredients.

  • Rice, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder and salt.

Instructions.

  • Finely chopped ginger, garlic. Heat cooking oil in a frying-pan over low heat, add garlic and ginger, fry well until golden.
  • Drain and rinse well rice until the water is clear, then sprinkle about 2 tsps of turmetic powder. Stir-fry well over low heat until the rice is dry and yellow.
  • Put the rice into a rice cooker and add cool water as usual.
  • When the rice is cooked, add a little of salt to taste (or anything).
