What is the easiest way to be successful?

in #success7 years ago (edited)

Perhaps, the most classic question of all times would be, "What is the easiest way to be successful?" Then everyone answers, "The answer lies within us."

Theories on how to be successful are so easy, to suggest and even to try. What most people missed is the indispensable element of having the desire of improving one's self to enable to be successful.

This is the key to success.

This key is our very access towards our goals and this is found only in the process of improving ourselves. As we improve ourselves, we discover new things about how we should deal challenges, when to strike and when to accelerate or stop. We do not only help ourselves but we also communicate a lot to the community where we belong.

As we improve ourselves, we gain the courage to achieve more, even those that we once thought are impossible. We aim for more! And as we work hard, we understand better our weaknesses. Then we search for new things; new ideas to overcome our weaknesses.

Over and above, self-improvement brings satisfaction which in return benefits the community. Ideally, satisfaction does not end within one's self, it trancends to the community. This is an inevitable consequence that concludes the natural flow of growth.

The whole process is exemplified in the basic management concept of SWOT analysis. A person in a community must know his strengths which are advantageous points to himself and to the community. He should be able to identify his weaknesses so he may be able to change or correct them. The opportunities around him also need to be recognized to provide him a better path of achieving his goals. Lastly, the threats, which are inevitable, must be realized to enable to handle any possible scenario that would hinder not only his but the community's welfare and success.

The truth of the matter is that there is no simple way to succeed, but there is an easy way how-to work in improving our own selves. Our co-active effort will undoubtedly benefit the whole community which we all dream about!

Amazing...wonderful blog dear self improvement is much necessary.
Once Thomas Elva Edison said that:-

I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

We should also remember it in our life. Because if we take this quote in our life then we'll understand that Every failure and mistake is a lesson and we learn from that failure and mistake. It's mean we'll not do same next time so after the lesson of mistake we'll rectify it and achieve next time certainly.
