BREAKFAST BY THE SEA

It has been quite a long time since I last posted something here in steemit. I have been facing a lot of matters lately and I was outnumbered by a lot of work to do that’s why obviously I couldn’t manage my time effectively. However, at last I have finally unleashed myself from the ties of hectic schedules. Rewarding myself has always been a habit for me mostly after a hard day’s work so I got to relax myself with a road adventure and a foodtrip with my love one.

Butuan City (my hometown) technically don’t have much to brag about when it comes to beaches. This place doesn’t have the white beaches just like in Surigao del Sur areas.

However, there is this beach resort that is most frequently visited by tourists. The said beach is located in Brgy Masao which is technically few kilometers away from the public market.

So I went there for an early-morning adventure. Me and my love one drove off at exactly 5:30 am so that we could witness a sunrise.

It so cool that the road seemed covered with fog. Fortunately, we got to travel safely through the road with a motorcycle. I was nearly shivered due to the cold wind that surrounded me but instead of complaining I was having a good time.

I realized that traveling early in the morning is a lot more preferable when in comes to traveling with a motorcycle than at late noon or early afternoon. Because you don’t get to have your skin sun-burnt the whole duration of riding. And the beauty of nature is best seen at early morning. Such a cool ambiance.

By the time we arrived at the beach resort in Brgy Masao , we dropped by at the food store by the sea. I forgot what was the name of the store but what I could just remember was their very delicious dishes that they’re selling. I really liked the food store so much for its fresh and high quality recipes that is served hot!.

Me and my love ordered the best seller dishes: Sinugbang Bangus, Pancit Canton, Garlic Shrimp and Grilled Pork Belly just for the two of us. Seemed like a voracious eater eh? We were obviously very hungry so we decided to order lots of food just for breakfast.

We had our yummy breakfast in a spacious cottage that is very relaxing. We were having a good time chitchatting about lots of things, we took a lot of pictures of the beach also. When we finally finished our breakfast, we walked our way through the seashore to be sun-kissed by the sun.

We had one of the most memorable moments of our lives that is worth the time. How I wish I could seize those times and take them all in then hope that this could happen again.
