Many of us went through hellish experiences going down the rabbit hole.
We know how twisted the system is, among millions of other things we know who the Annunaki are, and what HAARP and DARPA do, we are so well informed about our global situation.
Very intelligent and aware. But.... what is in our Hearts?
What is our driving force?
Do we run on Love or did we became as heartless and twisted as the machine that run on us?

When I say LOVE here, I do not mean the Hollywood version of it - another bs that has been thrown at naive humanity.

It is not the love like we see in movies or read in books. It is bigger, expanded kind of love.

It is the LOVE that feels something like this:

When You have this wicked pulling-and-stretching feeling in your chest that feels like you want to hug this broken world with your entire existence (it is very overwhelming).

When your Human Mind sees wars, violence and chaos, lack of grace and royal disaster, but your Cosmic Heart feels Harmony with everything that IS.

When You are well-aware of all our human fuck ups - your own and others, but you understand where they are stemming from, and all you do is - lovingly smile.

When catching yourself judging another, you see clearly that you are judging yourself, cos we are all versions of the same cosmic stuff, mirroring each other to each other very well.

When You finally get it, that to feel LOVE for someone - You don't have to agree with them on anything really, just feeling this Heart connection is enough. Never mind what is in the mind, what in the Heart is all that matters.

When You look around and see that no matter who we are, where we are geographically, what color is our skin and what passports we hold, we all want the same thing – to experience LOVE, to be Soul recognized, to feel good and safe, and to have a good life.

When You have tears of compassion rolling down your face, because you feel with every cell of your being that we are all in the same ‘boat’ here – tricked and used by the heartless machine, fooled and lied to, suffering, and feeling pain of betrayal, dealing with sickness and disasters the best we can.
No, we are not perfect, we keep fucking up... and you feel that it is OK, that is how it should be. It is called being human.

When You look into the eyes of another and see the reflection of your Self.
When you see with all your eyes those invisible threads connecting us all.
When your sense of k n o w i n g moves from the mind into your Heart.. and when you stop thinking so much and start feeling deeply, like you feel that we are all stars of the same sky, drops of the same ocean, parts of the same cosmic mandala, made of human shining Hearts. That kind of LOVE!

When you look around and all You see is this grand cosmic show unfolding just for You - a beautiful child of the You-niverse, a luminous creation of light... so You can see, so You can learn.. so You can teach your human self to LOVE.

We are talking LOVE that is more of a knowing here,
Love that is Truth - the only truth worth searching for. Our minds can trick us, but the Heart that carries this magic frequency of LOVE - never!

If You feel this kind of love - may I hug you with my entire existence, like I hug this world every day.

These very simple techniques are given only as a suggestion for you to tap into your own vibration of love and to learn where you are in this magical energetic world.

Our love muscle is just like any other muscle that we have, it needs time and practice.

Training your love muscle might lead to the most astonishing changes in your daily experiences of life, like feeling profoundly loved and blissfully high, connected to all living beings, feeling an intense presence of the Mystery, etc.

• When You meet people today, remind yourself - The Only Reason why anyone enters your space is to feel LOVED by you. Make an effort to be kind and sensitive to them. Show them your Heart!

• Imagine that everyone you meet is your favorite brother/sister.
  Imagine that they did something very powerful and kind and that doing changed your life.
  They might have done so in another realm.

• Be Present. Be Authentic.
  Everyone you meet today needs your Love to upgrade on their own spiritual journey, to feel better about their Self and this world, to take their next Soul step... and You have the power to influence that... just by being aware of it, it is that simple.

This LOVE EXERCISE is a very easy to practice.

Start with a few people a day and then slowly grow from there until it feels natural to you. You will be surprised at the amount of fun and joy you will create around you.

Teaching myself to love-no-matter-what lead me to have the most magical experiences in my life - heart-to-heart conversations in the most unexpected places, the most cold-hearted people turning warm and soulfull right in front of my eyes, healing my relationship with my mother who (unconsciously) acted as an active force of violence and darkness for the first part of her life, unexplained feelings of high in the middle of the most challenging times, reconnecting with my Soul-Lover who feels like home to my ever wondrous Spirit, friends who became soul family, and this frequency of love that somehow became the main pulse of my life.

When You train yourself to Love-No-Matter-What

• You will find that people, no matter how they seem at first, respond with unexpected grace, they open up and show you their best, they share their deepest secrets and meaningful experiences, they begin to trust you, they give you their Heart.
  ..... and if they did not, perhaps you met one of those fakes that look like human, but have nothing human in them any more.. or never had it to begin with. Collectively we have been through a serious soul-hijacking period... so.. it is what it is. Dont let this confuse you.

As a result of this newly acquired awareness - you will feel LOVED too, and that will activate forgotten parts of You. You will feel the power within that You never knew existed.

We are magicians, we are alchemists, we are here to change the world.
We are here to Love-No-Matter-What, because that is who we really are - shining balls of LOVE, moving through space and time translating everything into light!
