Hello to all my friends of Steemit.

Today's training was very stressful. My coach is trying to teach me some new strategies on the game, because the most players abroad have recorded my games in the different championships and have also studied some of my strategies. It is very difficult to learn and achieve new strategies because this means you have to bring yourself up to another level and sometimes it can be very stressful to overcome yourself. On the other hand, to play at a Paralympic level requires the skills and courage to challenge and overcome not only your opounents but your self as well.
