Clear frosty morning again. Through the kitchen window the sun shines brightly. It gives me a good mood. So I wanted to make a delicious and appetizing Breakfast while my children were still sleeping. Of course, they love sweets. But Breakfast should be especially useful, because it is a source of strength and vigor at the beginning of the day. That's why I chose cottage Cheese pudding and aromatic mint tea.

Recipe cottage cheese pudding

Ingredients:

• Curd 500 gr

• butter 100 gr

• eggs 2 PCs

• sugar 100 gr

• corn flour 100 gr

• sour cream

Recipe preparations

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter. Separately it is necessary to beat eggs with sugar. Then mix all the ingredients, add the flour. We should get a uniform curd mass. Spread the resulting mixture in a baking dish. On top apply a layer of sour cream. And send in the oven for 60 minutes.

Fresh fruit and berries will be a great addition to this Breakfast. Today we ate pudding with bananas and apples. Also I like the combination of cottage cheese with blueberries. It's delicious, try it.

And special attention should be given mint tea. It is not only a pleasant taste and aroma, but also an excellent remedy for colds. This herbal broth perfectly strengthens the immune system. In our harsh weather conditions, this tea is a must! In the summer I grow mint in my garden and dry it for winter days.

My daughters woke up from the pleasant aroma of cooked Breakfast. They were joyful. This morning has become truly good in my family. It is so important to take care of your loved ones. From small pleasant surprises gets so warm at heart! From this kind of moments, makes a happy childhood. I remember my mom did delicious breakfasts on weekends. This is a special atmosphere and a good tradition of my family.
