Pumpkin pancake
📌Pancake are very beautiful color, soft and porous. They are good because they are fried on a dry pan without oil, so get absolutely low-fat and healthy. Pumpkin pancakes are a great Breakfast for children and adults.
📜Ingredients:
✅Pumpkin puree — 200 g
✅Eggs — 2 PCs.
✅Flour — 200 g
✅Sugar — 4 tbsp
✅Butter — 30-40 g
✅Milk — 200 ml
✅Baking powder — 10 g
✅Salt — 1 pinch
✅Honey (to feed) — to taste
⚙This trade:
1️⃣ For mashing the pumpkin cut into pieces and bake in the oven until soft at a temperature of 180-200°C. Chop the pumpkin in a blender.
2️⃣ beat Eggs with sugar (amount of sugar can be reduced if the pumpkin is very sweet). Add a pinch of salt.
3️⃣ Add egg mixture, pumpkin puree and melted butter. Beat. Add milk. Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Beat.
4️⃣ you Should get the dough thicker than for pancakes, and thinner than pancakes. Fry the pancakes on a dry pan (not nonstick) over medium heat. When the bottom is browned, gently prising with a knife, flip. Fried pancake quickly. Serve pancake with honey, chocolate, jam or maple syrup.
