Better life| Diary game: 13/sep/2021

Hello, Steemians How are you all? I hope you all are doing well so without wasting any time let's get started today day.

Today I woke at 7am and after I check my whatsapp and scroll Insta and after I go to drink a glass water and after I go for fresh.

After I drink a cup of tea and friends today I am not able to go for running because yesterday I do some leg exercise and my feet are hurting so I decided to not go for running.

After drinking tea I listen some music and after I go for a bath and yes friends, today I have to go somewhere to get a book so after taking bath I comb my hairs and I got ready to go get the books and guy's today weather is so good.

And then went to the store to buy a book in Friends.
While returning home after taking the books, I also took a picture of Yamuna River.

After reaching home I am so hungry because i didn't eat nothing from morning today my mom made pulse (daal) with Chapati and friends pulse have protein and you all know protein is the building block muscle.

Lunch

After lunch I studied for a while and after I go to take a short nap after 2 hours of sleep it's evening and I made coffee himself, and after I drink it and after drinking coffee I go to watch television I wath some episodes of bhabhi ji ghar par hai and this serial have so much fun.

After watching television again I check my whatsapp and scroll Insta and I watch some reels and after my dinner is ready and after having dinner I watch television again and after I study for sometime and then I went to sleep.

So friends this is my today day and now we will meet tomorrow you take care of yourself and your family.
