THE PAIN IS MY DRIVE
Trying to get some sleep but I can't
Because I’m
Drowning in my thoughts
like it's quicksand
Overwhelmed by the darkness around me
I thought I could never see the light
In my mind, I asked
Have I lost the fight?
my heart sank alongside its might
I thought I had lost the fight
I may have lost my path
But I won't lose hope
I'll fight for what’s right.
For what I’ve lost
For what is mine
Alone with the cries of the night
I deserve a spank.
l am lost in my path
I deserve a spank
make it your drive
convert it to your energy
What scares you are
The pains
But they are necessary.
Make it a certainty of fate
And make it your source of energy?
I’ll finally get some sleep
Yes,but not yet
Because I still have a lot of deals
And still learning how to survive
The pain is my drive
The regrets, I am embracing
That way one can be free.
The pain is mine
The direct use of its energy is all the “price”.
