Yukichi Fukuzawa
Yukichi Fukuzawa (福沢 諭吉, Fukuzawa Yukichi?) is the President of the Armed Detective Company.The leader of the Armed Detective Company has a power called All Men Are Equal that serves to control the level of ability of people with supernatural powers. It also has the power and agility that is so high that it can defeat a group of criminals.
It is said that he helped Atsushi to control his power so as not to overdo it and also Kyouka so he could control his own power without the need to be controlled by others.
Yukichi Fukuzawa (Fukuzawa Yukichi) Voice: Rikiya Koyama The President of the Armed Detective Agency, who is also the mentor of Kunikida.
