What do you get after your first 10 days on Steemit?
Today I realised that I've been travelling across the Steem-Universe for almost 2 weeks (12 days to be exact).
So how it is, discovering Steemit for someone who never blogged and who heard the word "cryprocurrencies" for the first time a few weeks ago? 🤔
I've tried to understand how it works. 🙇♀️ Well, there is still a lot to be done but I keep going)) More I understand, more I like it being here❤️
I read a lot of very useful articles about the platform. To all newcomers I highly recommend to read this post by @cryptoctopus https://steemit.com/steem/@cryptoctopus/the-truth-about-ridiculous-high-steemit-payout
and if you speak french, follow the videos by @roxaneI've seen a ton of amazing artworks from all over the world. It's very inspiring to be in the community where people create each day something beautiful. @opheliafu, @inber your art is full of life)
Today I've seen my name in the artistic database which makes me very happy! Thank you @aksinya, it's a pleasure to meet you and to follow your art-contests.
During these 12 days I've read and written in English more than I did when I was in school... Well, it wasn't easy the first days but It's getting easier each day. Steem is a great place to practice and to improve your English. Hope my posts are readable, I do my best, guys💪✍️😅

Today I've found out that I have been followed by 49 people. I went to their profiles and I discovered that there were people from Europe, US, Canada, Asia, Africa...loving travels, sport, food, art, humour, technologies... just like me)

And I earned my first 10$ 😋 I've been working since I was 18, so this is not my first money)) BUT! I earned this money only by sharing things I love, making new contacts and reading, discovering, learning and interracting with you. Isn't it amazing?😍
Great going. I am also about twelve days on Steemit and I love it. So great to earn money with content creation. So great to meet all these people. Steem on!

J'ai eu le même sentiment que toi après avoir " gagné " mes premiers steem dollars sur la plateforme... être " payée " pour transmettre quelque chose que j'aime ! C'est une sensation incroyable.... :-)

Merci, bonne route sur steemit à toi aussi! j'attend déjà ta troisième vidéo)) à propos, tu les montes en quoi tes vidéos? J'en prépare quelques-unes aussi pour mon travail, et je suis déchirée entre final cut et after effects... je n'ai pas encore compris comment combiner les deux))
Désole je n'avais pas vu ta réponse avant ce soir. Pour le moment j'utilise iMovie mais je pense passer à quelque chose d'un peu plus puissant bientôt car il y a des choses que je n'arrive pas à faire.

Cool, tu fais des vidéos professionnelles avec un outil simple. Je n'aurais pas pensé qu'on puisse faire ça avec iMovie. Bravo! (je réponds moi aussi avec un peu de retard, désolée...ces jours-ci je passe beaucoup moins de temps sur steemit que j'aurais aimé, je fais tout pour revenir à mon activité des premières semaines!!)
Really great post, I just upvoted and it went up 7 cents. How come it went up 7 cents and not the usual 1 cent or 2 cents?
There was hard fork 19 a few days ago which implemented to use a four times higher steem power for each upvote. You still have the same amount but you use 2% instead o 0.5% for each vote now.
