Medan's Culinary Series. Texas Chicken. A Mainstream Fast Food in Medan

So the story... After did some troubleshooting computer network on the branch office. I chose get back early from the office, because my job has done. There were still so much time, before evening. I thought goint to the mall was the great idea. Did some window-shopping for some sneakers article. I chose Medan Fair Plaza. One of the biggest Mall in Medan.

After did some window-shopping, suddenly fell hungry. Without so much thinking, I decided looking for a place for get sama dinner. Somehow, the idea of the place, it was a mainstream place, a fastfood restaurant. It was Texas Chicken.

Found the place. After that, I made some order. I Ordered the 'Paket 2'. The 'Paket 2' contain 2 Chickens (breast and thigh), 1 Rice, and 1 Soft Drink. About the drink, the default here was a coke (soda), because I didn't want drinking soda, I ask for a 'Teh Botol'. Very standard drink of course.

It was a very mainstream food. So many brands make similar food like fried chicken, But Texas Chicken is my favorite. If you eat fried chicken like this. Obviously, the most precious are the crispy skins. Very tasty and flavorful, but also had the most fat. Something I love in Texas Chicken, the crispy skins weren't so salty, that's why I prefered it than the others. The meat was so fresh and juicy. It would be better if you get the sauce on the meat or the skin, it made different sensation. And would be perfect if you ate the meat and the crispy skin with the rice as well.

About the price, it just not so expensive if you compare with the satisfaction that will you get.
