Yes, I'm Happy For My First Organic Garden
Growing your own food is the happiest thing. At least we become more grateful and appreciate food more. That's because we know how difficult it is to grow food until it's ready to harvest in the garden.
I am an amateur planter and lack knowledge about planting. I only rely on Youtube to find information about plants and how to plant well.
I decided to make my organic garden. I wondered why I would bother to grow vegetables if I still use fertilizer.
So I know it will be very difficult to make sure everything is normal like the vegetables I eat in general.
I try to be abnormal. What I mean here is that growing vegetables without fertilizer is not normal. During the planting process, my neighbor always told me to give chemical fertilizer because my plants did not grow normally. But I persisted in not using fertilizer.
This is the result of my organic garden for one month. There are still a few other boxes that I didn't show in this post.
In this box, there are two different types of vegetables. It looks uneven because I add seeds, not at the same time. Several times I had to replace damaged seeds so that some grew smaller than others.
I plant a type of mustard greens. One is Pakchoy/Bakchoy.
The other one is Caisim which is similar to Mustard Green in general but tastes lighter compared to Mustard Green which has a slightly bitter taste.
Pakchoy is ready to harvest if based on the age of the plants that have passed 30 thirty days. Because they are organic, it looks like they are growing not as perfect as the pakchoy I bought at the market.
Below is the difference between organic vegetables from my garden and non-organic vegetables that I bought in the market.
We can see the difference in the volume of the stem that enlarges if it is non-organic.
I am very pleased with the results of my gardening even though it is not as good as those sold in the market. I also think the same thing with the same thing.
I appreciate what I learned while growing these vegetables. I am happy to grow them with love.
I will continue to try methods of growing vegetables that produce good veggies. Remain grateful for what our gardens provide is the best thing and do not over consume anything.
Stay grateful and always grow our own food in the garden.
wow, fantastic.
It's great to see your plants growing.
I wish I'll start my garden soon.
