Cheerful Vibes With Baked Healthy Snacks and Peanut Sauces

Yellow to orange tones can create a cheerful vibes on our day. Especially now that there are more and more inspirational healthy foods that are simple but delicious and arouse our tastes and cheerfulness.

From corn to sweet potatoes, we can make a very simple plate of happiness. They can unite our joy and friends or with family when gathering.

Or usually, I deliberately prepare corn snacks and baked fries for coffee breaks time at my personal office.

I realize that being too alone in a room to finish sometimes makes me really lonely. That's why then, I like to cook, I like to arrange food on a serving plate into an unusual form. It really improved my mood.

So this time I created cheerful vibes on my serving plate with delicious baked snacks!


Preparation

Sweet potatoes and corn are slowly cut into good shapes.

Here I cut corn by maintaining a circular round shape, while for sweet potatoes shaped like fries in general.

Sweet potatoes and corn, bake for about 30 minutes. I know this will be a veggies flavor that contains a naturally sweet and savory taste.

Peanut with Coconut Milk Sauce as Special Sauce

Chili sauce or tomato sauce, it's really common. I tried to explore the sauce in a new style.

I have a large supply of coconut milk and beans. So then I decided to experiment the first time with peanut sauce. Luckily, it feels good!

It's Time to Arrange a Little Art on the Plate

For a long time, I thought about how I would serve a special peanut sauce but without ruining the texture of baked sweet potatoes fries and baked corn.

Luckily, peanut sauces have a creamy and thick texture that is easier to arrange neatly on a plate.

After arranging peanut sauces on a plate, then I arrange the pieces of corn on the side of the peanut sauces.

Then patiently add baked sweet potatoes fries. I chose a good form of fries. This is to maximize the appearance of the plating.

Then the final step, I give a little touch of herbs, here I use mint.

Adding mint is to enhance the appearance of the food, of course, and herbs can be eaten even without being cooked so it is safe and not just for food decoration.

The Result.

Oh really this does look very simple. But somehow that simplicity is what I love about the power of a minimalist and stunning white plate.
