Alien Porridge. What???!

What does green mean to you? Does green food look weird to you?

This is just rice flour porridge in general, but I modified the recipe.

What did I use to make this porridge turn green? I use pandan leaf paste.

So the aroma of this porridge is very fragrant from the scent of pandan leaves, and the taste of this porridge is sweet and savory.

Ingredients for porridge

• 150 grams of rice flour
• 500 ml of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
• 1 tablespoon of pandan paste

Coconut milk sauce

• 250 ml of coconut milk
• 100 grams of sugar

How to make

We just need to mix all the ingredients for the porridge in a container. Mix well until there is no lumpy flour.

Then strain the mixture into a cooking pan. Then cook on medium heat while continuing to stir. Cook until the mixture becomes a solid texture.

Then to make the sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients in a pan. Then cook on medium heat while continuing to stir until it boils.

Serve green porridge with coconut milk sauce.

Maybe for you it looks strange, especially for those of you who have never seen a pandan. But you can look for instant pandan paste to make this dessert.

In my opinion this is something unique but delicious that you should try. It was very tasty, and of course sweet.
