This delicious chicken nawabi recipe

Ingredients:
1 chicken , cut in items ( one kilogram )
Fried Onion/ bereshta of two medium onions
2 tbl spoon of onion paste
2 tea spoon of ginger paste
2 tea spoon of ginger ,fine Julian cut
2 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon garam masala powder *
4/5 inexperienced cardamom , one stick of cinnamon , a pair of bay leaves
2 tea spoon red seasoner
Half tea spoon turmeric powder ( heaped)
Less than [*fr1] tea spoon coriander powder ( level)
Salt to style
Oil

Garam masala:

2 Dry red chilies
Cumin seed one tbl spoon
Coriander seed one tbl spoon
Green cardamon five or half dozen
Black pepper one tea spoon
Cloves one teasppon
2 long pepper
Allspice one teaspoon
Kababchini one teaspoon
Fennel one teaspoon
Mace one teaspoon
Nutmeg [*fr1] a teaspoon
1 star anise
1 black cardamom
1 small cinnamon stick ( 1″)

Dry roast the masala and so grind them into a fine powder.

Procedure:

  1. Fry the onion till golden brown . Keep them aside .

  2. within the same oil add the total garam masalas and fry then add onion ,ginger-garlic paste , deep-fried onion and tiny water . Add the seasoner , turmeric powder , coriander powder and salt . Fry well adding water very little} by little .

  3. Add the chicken items and cut ginger ( Julian cut). Add little or no water and canopy the lid . Cook on low-medium flame for a minimum of forty five minutes . The chicken can unleash water . Let the chicken to be barbecued in it’s own water . once forty five minutes add enough water to induce the proper consistency of gravy and to cook the chicken well . You don’t would like a lot of water if it’s soft chicken . solely a touch water required . however if mistreatment onerous chicken , cook the chicken adding water very little} by little another forty five minutes at low flame . Then Add the water for the ultimate consistency .

  1. Add the garam masala powder and canopy the lid . put off the stove and keep the chicken pot on the turned off stove , till you serve . you may see , the oil separates from the gravy !!!
