Today we see many ways to worship our King, perhaps with our hands, with our body, with tambourines, with flutes, with harps, with string instruments, with our mouth, with trumpet, and many more, but really today in day Christian musicians called worshipers take music as a hobby as something worthless, because they claim to be called musicians for God. and they play in a pulpit but then they also play secular music that is not God's, something that does not build and for them it is normal.
Why do you listen to secular music?
If this is your answer, you probably think you have a valid reason to listen to secular music. But the fact that something you like does not mean that it necessarily benefits you. Music always exerts an influence on the listener, since it is the expression of the heart of the composer and the performer, and therefore, transmits the attitude and spirit (influence) that exists within them and governs them. Music is so powerful that it can heal or hurt, build or destroy, instruct or cheat, and perhaps most importantly, free or bind.
On the other hand, we must say that as musicians, we have to know that our work is a powerful communication tool. The Bible says a lot about the use of our words and their power. What we say or sing or do can give life or literally kill a person. If you write songs or sing or dance, be aware of that responsibility.
Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; that make light darkness, and light darkness; They put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter. No one can serve two masters. No one can love the Truth of God and embrace the doctrines of Satan Matthew 6:24
My advice is that if you are in this dilemma: stop singing to satan and operate for your ministry Dedicate only to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST sing, touch him, dance everything to Him Maybe there will not be the same remuneration but the payment is ETERNAL.
