How to not give up easily?

Giving up easily is a common problem. When we fail to achieve something we try to shift our focus. Because giving up is easy but working on the thing we really need to achieve is a little tough. But, we all know which one is much beneficial. I'm not saying we need to hold on everything. Rather, we should focus on how to stay focused and hold our passion when it comes to some hard situations and things we really want to achieve.

The first thing I believe is very necessary to work on something is, 'knowing our limit.' If we set some unachievable goals, we will gradually give up and it's natural. Then comes the goal setting. We need to be flexible on this. Some situation demands certain things. Like we sometimes have to sacrifice our career or life goal for family and something similar. So a strict plan may not always gonna help.

We give up on our projects because we set them too low in terms of our goals. When we start working on something big our minds start thinking: What will I be judged by? This part of us is excited by making a big change but this excitement fades when it is too much of a challenge. Another problem is that giving up is not motivating our work. It's a bit like a sucker punch.

Then, the time comes to take some real action!

The first thing we need to deal with is, 'Emotion.' We need to stop emotionally driven. Fix your goal and jump in the real world. As long as we can't get to see the real world without putting our personal emotion on it, we may never do anything correctly.

Knowing the 'Shoulds'. If we fail to follow the shoulds in our life, the possibility is we will also fail in our life.

Discouraging the environment is another reason that makes us give up on anything. So, befriend peoples with positive vibes and learn to stay positive no matter what the reward is.

Reward thyself. Giving appreciation to ourselves for any achievement is necessary. It helps us stay focused and boost our energy.

There are actually many more ways to be focused on something and not giving up. You can shape the points personally as you think fits best in your life. It doesn't matter what you follow, it only matters what you achieved in the right way.
