Just got back from Pasar Ramadhan here in Papar. For you who don't know, it's the month of Ramadhan, where the Muslims are having their fasting month. Every year, there will be many Pasar Ramadhan which is Ramadhan Market, where we can find lots of types of food. Papar, a district in Sabah, held one of the biggest Pasar Ramadhan in Sabah. I can't count how many stalls were there. Usually, I will just walk from the first stall to the end, then made my mind up for what I want to buy then get back to the stalls. You will say it's a waste of time and energy, I called it, tactics! haha!

Lately, it's been raining cats and dogs here in Papar and Kota Kinabalu. Yesterday, lots of houses were submerged with floods. A car that have been stolen from the KDCA while others are watching the Unduk Ngadau were also retrieved in a matters of minutes due to flood everywhere. The thieves can't go anywhere and was caught in traffic. That's how bad the weather lately. Imagined being the seller on one of the Pasar Ramadhan. We were at our last stop, a juice stall when it started to rain heavily with strong wind. The seller complaint but with a smile on her face. I asked her if she might go home early for today due to the condition of the weather, she just frown and tell me, there's still plenty of ice in her cooler. I wished her all the best and she gave me not one but two free juice. Maybe she wants to let go everything since she knows that there will be very little customers for today. I hope their business will be better than today, tomorrow and until the end of Ramadhan.
