You can learn and gain from having sex. AND you can learn and gain from NOT having sex as well.

Let's take the characters, Malik and Treesy for example, from my book THE KARMATIC WAY SERIES, SIDE EFFECTS. Well Malik was the one who initiated it. What a man!! Check him out in this snippet from my book:

"Malik could tell Treesy was all for lovemaking but he had something better in mind. Malik enjoyed the surprise look on Treesy's face when he picked her up. Malik walked them to Treesy's office and opened her door. Then, he continued to her bathroom and sat down on the edge of the tub where he turned the water on. Once the water was the right temperature he turned on the shower. Malik looked back at Treesy and smiled.
Next he stood again, this time setting Treesy down on the edge of the tub, before he stood up to take his own clothes off.

Treesy didn't know what Malik was up to but she enjoyed the view as Malik took his clothes off. She watched as Malik walked closer to her to stand her up, then slowly helped her into the shower after him.

Malik placed Treesy in front of him so that she could get the full force of the hot-warm water that sprayed from the shower head. He used his hands to rub the water up and down her body. Then he kissed her on the lips as he tilted her head back to wetten it.
“Close your eyes,” Malik whispered against her lips.
Treesy obeyed.

Malik turned the shower head before grabbing her shampoo, squeezed it into his hands, then placed his hands on Treesy's head. Rubbing and massaging the shampoo through her hair, using his fingernails to scratch her scalp, up and down, up and down, up and down her head. Front to back, back to front, repeating over and over and over again.

Treesy moaned in pleasure as she let herself fall into the magic of Malik's hands working in her hair. All the stress and pressure that was built up inside her, the pain, the thoughts, were being released, freed. She felt so much lighter and hornier at the same time. Treesy inhaled a quiet breath and exhaled slowly. Treesy smiled thinking this must've been what Savannah felt like when she exhaled.

Malik watched as peace, serenity, and pleasure took over Treesy's face. A transformation that was a massive turn on that he wasn't expecting. He promised himself that he would taste it later, but for now, he brought the shower head closer again to rinse Treesy's hair. Malik then grabbed her black soap and her spongy and washed Treesy's body slowly, deliberately, rubbing in a circular motion every inch of her naked skin. After he was done he took her shower head down and rinsed her body.
“Are you going to pick my clothes out too?” Treesy asked with a smile.
Malik chuckled, “Nah, I'll leave that to you this time,” he responded as he turned off the water.

Then he stepped out of the tub to grab a towel for Treesy, holding it open, waiting, watching, while she stepped out of the tub. Her brown skin glistened and glittering.
“Like what you see?” Treesy asked as she turned around in a circle.
“You know I do,” answered Malik.
Treesy smiled ever so sweetly as she seductively walked into the towel that Malik held out for her, then going around in a circle to cover her body. She stopped when she was face to face again with Malik. “Thank you.”
“You're welcome,” Malik sang.
Treesy threw her head back and laughed a heartfelt laugh that was needed.
“Come on,” said Treesy."
