Ubud Palace.2.

The palace was build in 1800-1823 during the lordship of Ida Tjokorda Putu Kandel and has been maintained by his successive heirs. It is remarkably still inhabited by his heirs, and the back part of the palace is closed off to the public as it remains a private living space.
