I managed to visit this restaurant which specialised in various crab dishes. Now crab is quite an interesting seafood because it actually takes on the character of the waters from which they inhabit.
Sea crabs and freshwater crabs have quite distinct tastes. Some crabs you can eat the shell (soft shell crabs) and others you'll have to de-shell them to eat the soft meat inside.
Sushi! definitely one of the foods that I'd never stop thinking about!
just like the Tokyo that can't get out of my thoughts! <3
