中国用户注意了！个人VPN接入将在2018年2月前被禁止！！！
中国政府要求3个电讯公司（中国移动，中国联通以及中国电信）在明年的2月前禁止个人使用VPN。
而GreenVPN已从7月1日起开始停止服务。客户在收到监管部门的通知后，就停止服务，并不给予详细说明。
在7月3日，苹果的app store 还是有显示Green和Super VPN，但下载后并不能使用。
在过去两年，VPN 已从Android 的应用程序消失。
这将中国网民阻止访问千千万万的网站包括谷歌，推特，面子书，Instagram等。
这亦可能影响软件开发商和外国企业。
在1月的时候，中国在线内容控制也包括了限制VPN。
境内的企业必须备案了后，才可以使用国际专线。
