BLOG #49 : How to make pate meat !!

The meat pate will help you get delicious pate for breakfast with bread or sticky rice without having to buy outside the supermarket //

It usually takes 6-8 hours to steam the pate for nine, but with this formula, you can shorten the time to only about 1 hour - including preparation!

material :

  • 300gr of pig liver

  • 150gr lean meat

  • 50gr of grease

  • Garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 loaf of bread

  • Non-sugar fresh milk

  • Spices: salt, seasoning, fish sauce, sugar, pepper

  • Margarine

Making

The liver is washed, chopped, soaked with fresh milk without sugar about 20p.
This helps to remove odors and toxins in the liver.
Mix the liver with fish sauce, pepper, main noodles, salt
Grilled mashed potatoes with 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 garlic cloves for 15 minutes
Raw materials must be dried, if there is water in the pan to large fire to dry the water, to prevent the pate to stagnate.
Put all the ingredients in the blender.
Steamed pate about 40 minutes
