The Shag on the Lake
Cormorants are a common water bird in many countries around the world. They can often be seen on our lakes and rivers, in old trees, waiting to dive for a fish. They are proficient swimmers and spend much of their time hunting fish, frogs and invertebrates under the water.

They are. A little harder to get good shots than i realised they would be because he kept ducking under the water when I moved too close!
Haha, what a stinker!
A good sign while fishing is having 2 nearby, one on either side. I like to think when they are diving down they are convincing larger fish to take my bait so that they have more small fish to eat.
