After the transfer arrives, go to your Wallet Page and click the Steem dropdown and then click Power Up.

Powered Up steem is listed as Vests.
Send it to your username , in your case "andrius"
I'd advise testing with a small amount to make sure everything works ok.

Yes, put andrius in the 'Registered Acct' field when you withdraw from Bittrex.
You put notes to yourself in the memo field.
