Major i-iv 2-5-1 (Aflat-Eflat)

Hey there, this is the very beginnings of jazz guitar. It's a Major i (a- flat)to a major iv (e-flat) using the ii-v's..
The thing one needs to learn is arpeggios over the changes or at least start to add them to scale soloing. I'm not totally successful here but it's okay. I'll add the comp track below...It uses tritone substitution on the v changes (sharp 9 to 13ths) Try playing the triads on the tritones as they resolve very nicely to the tonic and sound way cool...
