Friday Colorchallenge - blue

It's a mood blue rather than the Color.

It's basically been raining like this for the last week or so with no sign of lightening up for another month.

It's getting to the point of becoming depressing, but that just might be my own mood as I spend all of my time trying to fund raise.

...I wonder... is my mood making it rain?

Am I an all powerful alien from men in black two?
