How I Dodged Death

It all started in my home country of Romania. A long long time ago probably when I was around 7-8 If you've read my intro article you can see that I have a kinda of a cut on my left forehead ( So yeah like 10 years ago ). Well what happened ? Back then I used to live in a village where my parents would allow me to go anywhere so from a really young age I used to have a lot of freedom so I was going to my grandmas and chilling there for a long time with some friends around.

It all started when we went down a hill and there is a river where its impossible to cross with a car or bike. So one of my friends jumped over the river and on the other side he was safe , So I wanted to show off too like yeah I can do that. After I jumped and suddenly hit a barbed wire which has went right inside my forehead. I did not feel anything probably because of shock I was into but after I put my hand and seen all the blood comming , I started crying and just ran to my grandma's house.

When I entered she was like " Ohh god " She being a very religous person. She tried using some sort of spirit to heal the wound and that hurt really like hell. After like 20-30 minutes I went home and to my parents when they seen me and told them what happened, after having a look they said I was really lucky as a little deeper would've nearly killed me or even if it wen't lower I could've been blind with one eye.

What I've learnt from this ? Never jump without looking, Always have a plan to get to your destination without doing any bad decisions.
