here are the monsters for the steemers that voted on the first edition of Nominate a Steemer!
I wood burned the design into the wood and colored the monsters with pencils.
Pyrography is the art of decorating wood or other materials with a tool that leaves burn marks.
This is the pyrography tool that I am using. For this wood piece I will use the bottom small tip, with a small cylinder shape.
The first step is to make the pencil sketch on the wood. After this you can slowly start to trace over all the pencil lines.
After finishing wood burning the monsters I added the quote from Alan Wilson Watts; The art of living relating with the art of wood burning somehow.
I know I said I will post all the 24 steemers but the remaining 12 will have to wait another day. Hope that this is ok! Here are the steemers from this edition! Hope you like your monsters.

I know. When I first wood burned I used something less complex. But they still exist, and you can buy interchangeable tips
