Stir-fried shiitake for vegetarians.
Ingredients.
- 100 grams of dried black forest mushroom (shiitake).
- 10 grams of garlic (finely chopped).
- 5 green onion (cut into 2 inches).
- Salt, sugar, vegetable oil, black pepper (optional).
Instructions.
- Put mushrooms in a bowl and cover with hot water for about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse mushrooms, trim off any hard part of mushrooms. Then cut the mushrooms into 2 parts.
- Heat vegetable oil in the pan over medium heat, add garlic and stir well until fragrant. Put the mushrooms and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste. Continue to stir-fry until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Then add green onion. Stir-fry for a minute. Sprinkle black pepper on top (optional).
- Serve hot.
