Today I want to tell you that What is Emotional Intelligence and how we can develop our Emotional Intelligence.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they are telling you, and they effect other people around you. It also important that you understand how they feel this allows you to manage relationships more effectively.

We all know very well that we all have different personalities, ideas, wishes and needs, and different ways of showing our thoughts and emotions. The peoples who are good to managing their emotions. They don’t get angry in any stressful situations. They have the ability to find a solution for their problem very calmly. They have excellent power of decision. They Know themselves very well, and also know the emotional need of others.

Self Awareness

Self-awareness is the first step in creating what you want and mastering your life. Where you focus your attentions, your emotions, reactions, personality and behavior determine where you go in life. It allows you to take control on your emotions. People who are self-aware, they do not let their feelings rule them. They are confident and they trust on their emotions. They don’t let their emotions get out of control.
They know their strengths and weakness, and they do work on these areas so they can perform better. Self-awareness is the most powerful component of emotional intelligence.

Self-regulation is the ability to monitor and control our own behavior, emotions, or thoughts. People who self-regulate they don’t allow themselves to become too angry and emotional or jealous in any situation. They don’t make careless and wrong decisions. They always think before they take step.

Motivation

Motivation is the key of life skill and something that everybody interested in personal development should think carefully about. It is also a key part of emotional intelligence. Motivation is what pushes us to achieve our goals, feel more fulfilled and improve overall quality of life. People who motivated they focused on discussion and behavior. Self-motivation is the force that keeps pushing us to go on and it’s our internal drive to achieve, produce, develop and keep moving forward.

Empathy

Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within the other person’s frame of reference, i.e., the capacity to place oneself in another’s position. People with empathy are good at recognizing the feelings of others.

Social Communication Skills

Building good relationships with other people can greatly reduce stress and anxiety in your life. In fact, improving your social support is linked to better mental health. So build up your confidence interacting with others. Develop strong communication skills that would increase the chance for successful relationship. Communication skills are the key to developing friendship and to building a strong social support network. They also help you take care of your own needs, while being respectful of the needs of others.

Emotional intelligence is key to relating well to others and achieving your goals. It's important to success in life.
So follow these components and develop your emotional intelligence.
