You arrived (poem)
You arrived when I least expected you
You lit my sad soul with your smile
You came to give me your helping hand
And a shoulder to cry quietly.
You arrived when everything around me was gray
To give me color and make me smile.
You have arrived to warm my way,
So that I no longer feel alone
To give me hope of life.
You arrived and my eyes lit up
You know that I was looking forward to you.
Thanks for coming back and giving me joy
You know that you are my own life
Your return filled me with strength
and of hopes for a new life.
