Today I was walking with some friends through the streets of my beautiful village Villa de Cura and one of them commented: It seems that it was Sunday and not Saturday, right? Making reference to the only thing that were the streets, streets so busy a while ago ... How times have changed! = (
As the difficult situation of our country has dimmed the minds of Venezuelans, and on a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday is the same, the situation is so hard that you can not share a soda as you did a time ago ... I never imagined that We would arrive at this point, where you hear many people say: That they eat once a day. Or worse: Not like me so that the child can eat more.
Where a normal and everyday conversation is: Fulanito left the country !! or I want to leave, or I'm leaving for that date or I'm planning to leave.
It hurts to see how your country is overflowing and is watered by the world, because although many bodies are gone, I know their hearts stay here! Because we are a Wonderful Country, Venezuela is a Blessed Country! A Country of men wrestlers and women Warriors.
I want to believe that we are going to leave and we will leave! More Solid and grown!
I ask God to allow me to put my grain of sand here, close to my family, neighbors and friends, not to go away and miss my arepa, my bed, not to see when I look out the window of my room the mango bush and not hear the Ave, Ave Maria !! because the pilgrimages of my people are approaching.
I admire the one who leaves, because how cool it must be to leave Venezuela!
I ask God to give me the strength to fight here and not ask me the question of I'm going or do I stay??
