Hi all!! 😍



The golfeados are some sweet, rich, snail-shaped, juicy and salty buns that give the cheese.
Eating a golfeado is eating the glory, and if you prepare it yourself it is a greater satisfaction.
So here I share the step by step of this recipe easy, simple and economical.
I prepared this recipe with my boyfriend so these Golfeados are ❤ "Made with Love" ❤

To make these golfeados you need:

• Wheat flour.
• yeast.
• Water.
• Sugar.
• Papelon.
• Cheese.

The first thing you should do is chop the sugar paper into pieces

You are going to put the pieces of paperboard to melt in water, this water you cook it so that it is a clear and liquid molasses, and reserves.

In a cup you are going to ferment the yeast in water with a little sugar, until bubbles come out.

In a cup you will add the flour and sugar, when they are together you will incorporate the fermented liquid yeast and knead very well.

You will knead until your finger dough does not stick, add as much flour as necessary.
