To make these golfeados you need:
• Wheat flour.
• yeast.
• Water.
• Sugar.
• Papelon.
• Cheese.
The first thing you should do is chop the sugar paper into pieces

You prepare a flat surface, a table for example, dry it very well and fill it with flour.
With the help of roller you flatten the dough.
