Bangladesh has signed an agreement with Myanmar for the return of refugee Rohingya Muslims. Recently, millions of Rohingya Muslims migrated to Myanmar after the military operation in Tahenen and came to Bangladesh to seek refuge.

At present, this agreement has not been explained in detail. The agreement was signed by officers in Yangon, capital of Myanmar.

Bangladesh has described it as "the first step" and Myanmar has said that it is 'ready to take back the Rohingya Muslims as soon as possible'.

Organizations connected with humanitarian have expressed concern about the forced return of Rohingya people without guaranteeing security.

The situation of minority Rohingya people has become a community which has no country of its own and has faced long-term repression in Burma.

In August last year, six lakh Rohingya people surrendered in Bangladesh after the violence in Bhataini.
