Do you really enjoy outdoor activities? Upstate New York. What a paradise!

Hola querida raza steemian!!

Hace aproximadamente 8 meses regrese a mi querido Playa del Carmen, un hermoso y relajado lugar en el caribe mexicano, todo con la idea de trabajar duro para poder pagar mi viaje a la ciudad de Nueva York como primera parada para después explorar el norte del estado.

Pero porque el Noroeste de Nueva York?

Nueva York es una ciudad culturalmente muy rica y visualmente muy hermosa, con sorprendente arquitectura en sus rascacielos y edificios históricos, parque enormes llenos de frondosos arboles y excitantes barrios, es por esto que es una ciudad visitada por millones de personas del todo el mundo, 60.3 millones de turistas al ano para ser exactos y es que hay tantas cosas que hacer e incontables lugares por recorrer. Una ciudad con mucho estilo sin duda! Debido a esto es que cuando escuchamos Nueva York la primera imagen que se nos viene a la mente son rascacielos, luces, fiestas y la famosa intersección Times Square. Hablado esto ten en mente que esta ciudad es tan solo una pequeña parte del estado, eso quiere decir que aun hay muchísimo mas que descubrir en este lugar. y adivina que, el estado de Nueva York es BELLISIMO, mi parte favorita el Noroeste, ya que es mas campo que ciudad.

New York city is a culturally rich and beautiful city with amazing architecture in its skycrapers and historic buildings, parks full of trees and exciting neighborhoods. This is why this city is visited by 60.3 millions of turists a year. It is definitely a city with a lot of style and history. So the first picture it comes to our mind when talking about NY are the skycrapers, parties, the statue of liberty, wall street, lights, etc but dont forget NY city is just a tin y piece of NY state, wich is a wonderful state, my favorite area Western NY, more country than city.

He pasado los últimos meses viajando alrededor y estoy tan feliz de haber tomado esta decisión.

Es increíble tener la oportunidad de respirar aire fresco y tomar agua sin ese sabor tan pesado a quimicos( agua y el fluoruro este es una tema muy importante).

I have been travelling the last 3 months around the country side and it is definitely the best decision I ever made.

Im so thankful to have the opportunity to breath fresh air and drink water that does not have that heavy taste (fluoride and water check it out).

Te cuento si eres de esas personitas a las que les apasionan los animales, los vegetales y frutos frescos, las caminatas, acampar, pescar, nadar, hacer fogatas, pasar el día afuera y en movimiento entonces amaras este lugar...

La mayoría de las personas en el campo tienen sus propias parcelas ya se que cultiven maíz, calabazas (varios tipos de calabazas), manzanas (mas de 20 tipos), zanahorias, cebollas, lechuga, pimientos verdes y rojos, brocoli, papas, peras, uvas(de las cuales hacen unos Vinos riquísimos), papas dulces, repollo entre muchas otras cosas. O crecen animales como pollos, cabras (de las cuales producen leche y queso, el queso es delicioso), caballos, vaquitas.

Dime si esto no es muy emocionante? Poder ir con el vecino y comprarle de su cosecha sabiendo que le producto es fresco y que ademas estas apoyando a tu comunidad.

If you are like me and you enjoy spending more time being outside either swimming, fishing, hiking, camping, riding a bike, making fire places or picking fresh vegetables then you would love Western NY.

Most country people own big pieces of land which is fantastico (one day I would have a big piece of land too) so they have the space to grow their own vegetables and fruits. Corn, squash, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, brocoli, cabbage, different kind of greens, apples, pears, grapes (they made really good wines too), etc. They also raise animals like cows, chickens, horses, goats (they made milk and cheese, goat cheese is so delicious). And of course as part of the families they have dogs.

I'snt it exciting be able to go to where you neighbour and buy some fresh veggies and fruits? no need to go to Walmart for that... You are also helping your community by buying local.
