Anger
We all know what it feels like when we get angry.
However, we often do not think about the causes, consequences, and ways of controlling anger.
Anger is an emotion that is characterized by hostility to someone or something to whom or what we consider to have deliberately inflicted on injustice.
It can be a good thing, but excessive anger can cause problems.
Remember!
You can not remove anger - and if you could, that would not be a good idea.
As much as you are struggling, things will happen that will make you angry and sometimes it will be a justified anger.
Life is full of frustration, pain, loss and unpredictable actions of others.
You can not change it, but you can change how these events affect you.

That's true, as an emotional person, I tend to get triggered by a lot of what I sense to be injustices. Found that it just inflicts pain for myself and not the one who did the injustice. Please take care and thanks for sharing!
