Now almost 4 years ago a good friend introduced me to this wonderful and healing fruit. Ever since I have been hooked.

Though it isn't yogurt at all, she introduced it to me as her vegan yogurt and that's what it is for now too. It's yummy, creamy, and a bit sour. Just like regular yogurt, but then so much better ;)

Thanks to its mushy texture you can even spoon it out, just like you would eat a regular yogurt! And that's what I am going to do right now..... nom nom nom!

And what makes this one even better.... it came straight out of our garden and tastes extra yum! Best pre-lunch snack!

@mnishh, It sure is! And so yummy too. Hope you can try it one day!

I don't think I have tried a fresh soursop. It looks like a custard apple. Does it taste similar to one?

Next time you come to SE-Asia you should try one. Similar taste to custard apple but fewer seeds ;)

Wow, the amber nectar, I have heard so much about these but never got chance to try one, you must live somewhere tropical for these to grow in your garden.

Cambodia, SE-Asia. If you have custard apples where you live, that comes pretty close to it! Hope you get the chance to taste it one day!

it is looking yummy and creamy.

Looks healthy maam!

I see such a fruit for the first time my dear friend :)
I am really curious!

Come and taste one. They are in season now and we still have a few left in the garden ;)

Oh that looks tasty! I haven't seen it here...It is in season right now? I'll have to ask around. Thanks for the share Amy!

In Cambodia, they are in season now. markets are filled with them. we still have a few left on our tree! So good. I hope you have the chance to taste it one day!

I have never heard of this. I'm always looking for an alternative to normal yogurt. Thanks!

It's not real yogurt of course, but its creamy texture reminds me of it. When blended it forms a thick creamy, smooth yogurt-like substance. I made probiotic cashew yogurt recently. Will take some pics next time to share!

Thats sounds good. The best vegan one I have tried is coyo brand from Australia made from coconut, it's delicious. I have never tried to make it myself.

It super easy! We make coconut yogurt all the time. You can find the recipe on my website: https://eatlove.live/recipe/homemade-cultured-coconut-yogurt/

Thanks for that.

Soursop has many health benefits, many say it cures cancer and prevents it. I do not like it very much, but I think it's a good reason to include it in the daily diet. I´ll try to eat it! 💚

If you don't like it there is no point in eating it. there are so many other fruits and veggies out there with amazing benefits. Soursop alone isn't going to cure or prevent any disease. Your whole lifestyle and diet are important. I just happen to love soursop. Doe sit grow where you live? Have a happy and healthy day ;)

I know, I lead a healthy lifestyle as much as I can. I'm right I should not eat it if I do not like it, but I could find some way I like it, maybe making a cake or pie. maybe hehe. Thank you! 💚
