Smoothie Of The Day: Immune Boosting Green Smoothie To Fly Through The Day ๐ ๐ ๐
Definitely one of our favorites. The green taste of the parsley is definitely in there but well combined with the creaminess of the avocado and sweetness of the pear and pineapple. Jam packed with antioxidants and healthy nutrients to boost your energy levels and immune system.
If you don't like the "green taste", add more spinach instead pf parsley. Or use cilantro instead if you prefer that taste.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup parsley (for a milder green taste add less parsley and more spinach)
ยฝ avocado
1 big ripe pear
1 cup pineapple
1 cup water
1 cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Blend spinach, parsley, water, and orange juice until smooth. Add more water if needed.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender, throw in all ingredients and blend until smooth.
